Let’s set this up

The offense under Johnson is not getting the job done against Alabama

We don’t put nuss in because we don’t want to burn his redshirt

We now will let him play 50% of plays against Arkansas and burn his redshirt

WTF?????

Make sure to send all your coaching qualifications to the AD.

Kinda like running the option to the short side of the field.

The real blunder is not knowing he wants to burn his red shirt opportunity this year to play. That’s a conversation that should have already taken place before his dads call last night.

I'm sure the OU fans would have been happy losing to Texas this year to save a redshirt. Their coach had the balls to pull Rattler, the preseason Heisman favorite, to put in a backup and burn his redshirt and win fricking football games.

Totally agree. QB’s don’t stay at your school 5 years now anyway. Put the kid in the game and try to give the team a spark. I’m sure Nuss wants more game experience leading into next year anyway.

His dad called and chewed their azz out for not putting him in in the Bama game. It apparently wasn’t him wanting to redshirt!!
