It's not just the aight. It's the level of detail and focus he's already showing. The way he talks about the program. The way he understands what the problems of the program are recently.
He made a reference to low energy coach = low energy players (JJ effect), lack of passion from fans, recruiting players that are committed to doing what is best for LSU and not just themselves (Ben Simmons). He made a point about aggression and specific styles and systems for the way the team will play. He understands the issues this team has faced and it sounds like he knows how to correct them. If so, he will be very successful

Actually, Wade is shadowing and mirroring Saban. He knows what the Tiger fans are passionate about. I don't expect the dance next year but I love his confidence and optimism. Even if coach Wade doesn't make it through 6 contract years, I admire the balls and energy level that has been missing from this program.

It appears that Wade wants some Marine style recruits. That's a good idea in theory but he might be making some current players uncomfortable. Either put forth a winning attitude and effort or hit the road. It will be interesting to see how this mantra translate to recruiting.
