Did Saban leave LSU for Alabama?

Yep! Even though you want to look at the route, the destination is what matters. Look, I'm over it, but I can see it for what it is.

Did I say that?

Did I reply to you?

Wouldn't matter how he got there......IF he did, you would not like it.

Wallace Wade left UA for Duke..He still had a statue put up. The statues are for coaches who won titles..it would stay short of him getting caught killing a hooker.

And enjoy him for the little time he has left there.....

I fully expect him to go watch the ducks shite on in the yard at his lake house in 4 or 5 years. I bet he will be a pain in the arse to be around. Guys like him don't take to retirement well..

I get your point NBama and agree that many LSU fans need to move on. On the other hand, it is not only the LSU fans that make comments about Saban as though he were the team. He, more so than any other coach right now, is the face of the program. It's natural to say our team is going to do something to Saban when speaking of Bama. Hell, even Bama fans put him level with the program. I see as much Saban (S the coach) crap as I do Bama crap around Birmingham. I grew up here, and I don't even remember Bear getting the treatment Saban gets around here.

So he left LSU to go coach for the Miami Dolphins which offered him one of the best job packages any coach has ever received in any level of football but his true intentions were to get the Alabama job?

Man I don't see how some of you can come up with this shite. Saban left to go coach in the NFL which was his dream. It didn't work out and bama came calling. He did not leave LSU for bama!

It was a funny joke. Relax, man. I don't think most level headed people have any REAL hard feelings for Saban. It's just like anything else in football and we want to win...it's just a little sweeter that it is against him...that's all. Again, it was just a funny joke.

UA fans suck the shite out of Saban's dick, but I doubt seriously that his funeral motorcade will see what Coach Bryant's did on 20/59...Coach Bryant was a UA player and a UA coach for so many years that short of Saban winning 5 more titles, Coach Bryant will always be above him..

Coach Saban will never be Coach Bryant. We know what he is, and that is a guy hired to do a job. He does it well, and we are thankful for that. When he chooses to hang it up..we will wish him well and hope that what he helped restore in Tuscaloosa continues like it has in Baton Rouge.
