He stressed "patience" in that meeting. As fans we are going to need to understand this as well with such rapid and abrupt changes.

He covered all the bases. As for as meetings go I don't know which coach out there would be better than him. He has developed into a very good communicator.
If it all translates to team and game management, I honestly do not see why you hire a different coach.
He wants the offense that the fans want.
