Kanell said, He doesn’t see anything changing even though Cam Cameron was fired. They (LSU) is just going to have someone else calling the same plays. I think it’s going to get uglier before it gets better at LSU.

Why would he care what Danny Kanell says?

They are using the same playbook. Orgeron is just going to turn past page 3.

Well he is somewhat right. There is not much at this point you can change. Play selection and formation changes can make an offense look a lot different though. It's still the same personnel up front, so I don't know how much better they can get.

More to the point, it's not surprising news.

They were running 80 plays in game prep during the week before games under Miles...

...and then getting a hair over 50 plays in during the game.

Orgeron has them working 20 or so. There are a LOT of plays we have practiced but never used. All the dude has to do is pick some of the different ones in a package of plays that make sense together in play calling and have some sense of punch counter punch to them.

I think he can change quite a bit just from this and pace.

Yeah I've heard that a few times. I find it difficult to believe u can run 80 different individual plays in 90 minutes says a lot though if that is the case.

Kannell is an anti SEC douche from the 90's FSU heydays. He is a shite stirrer. He's frequently passive-aggressive when discussing the sec.

It's not the playbook. It's the situational playcalling that was the biggest problem. We were so predictable and I honestly think that changes.

By not running the toss dive when they're stacking the box.

Getting out of the run run pass punt formation will help a lot. Mix it up.

Exactly , if I can see at least 1/3 of the plays they were running out of certain formations they were in any opposing coaching staff could pick up much more on film ...

Especially with the advanced technology that we have today I bet if you break down enough film over the last 5 years of the clm era I'm sure you coul pin point what plays were being ran depending on what down and distance the tigers were in ...

For example we all know anything over 3rd and 7 was going to be a 3 to 5 yard pass ..,

Most all games that was won by LSU under LES the last few years was done by over powering the opponent or pure luck , face it we weren't fooling anyone ..,

Just a stupid comment, it’s not going to take Bill Walsh to mix up the offense a little.

Who gives a shite what average QB when he played Kanell thinks?? Just with Miles and Cameron gone now the offense will be a lot improved.

If the team needs a Danny Kanell quote to make them play better or with more intensity, we won't win another SEC game this season, that group would be a lost cause.
