He has more fire than coach Henry and has a little more technical aspect to him. He's doing absolute wonders with the WRs so far.

Even though it's a simple drill, seems like Chark has soft hands. Spears looks big.

On the College Level I think we upgraded with Ball. These kids are getting much more technical teaching than with a pro level coach. I like it. Start from the basics

The group as a whole grabs your attention. They look stronger and tougher. Hopefully it translates to the game. It seems we will be legitimately 6 deep or more.

I always get excited about this until I remember our QB situation. I'm optimistic about it improving because we have too much talent at the position for it to be held back by QB play

it seems like les wants more hands on and fired up coaches than he did in the past. i like it, college football is too passionate of a game to have too professional of an assistant coach that likes to sit in the box.
