I'm not ready to throw Harris to the side. He just has touch issues . If he can just stop throwing rockets he would be fine. How do you correct that though?

1st link - all three QB's on the 5 yard curl route...
The ball is not thrown until the receiver is turned.. that's a death wish. The ball has got to be in the air when the receiver turns.
I get it they are young, but why is that not being coached right then and there?

all this. Watch a stud QB throw these routes in practice. Balls hitting the receivers hands as he is finishing the turn. Our QBS....ball is still in his hand after receiver stops giving DB a century to close and intercept and/or demolish receiver.

This is college football... Throwing rockets is a good thing... B-Harris looked outstanding in the first half of the season, but the Bama game seemed to have gotten in his head too much to where his nerves are controlling his release point and it has carried on for the rest of the season. But yes, not ready to throw him to the side. Just some fine tuning and a little coaching up should have him prepared to have an A+ junior season.
