True. They put the hard press of Chip last year and he went elsewhere. The dynamic duo in the front office is not trusted by some. After they interviewed a couple this year the applicants said no thanks. Fired coach after one year and Chud may be ripping them to other coaches.

NFL Network crawler reported Browns were interested in Kubiak for OC. No link. Saw it a while ago.

I've been to Cleveland 3 times, it's nice in some areas but it's not a cool town. It's cold as frick, very blue collar, did I mention it's cold as frick?

Yeah, my wife is from there. Looks good from the water. 
One of the worst cities I've ever visited. The Browns are a joke and these constant coaching changes speak to their bad leadership. They are years from even thinking about contending for anything in the NFL.
