Clemson fans still bitter.....

So I live in Greenville in a pro Clemson neighborhood. This morning I find BOTH of my NC stickers taken off my car. Just ordered a boatload of new gear to showboat...challenge accepted Taters!!!

Just before the National Championship game, I had a lengthy conversation with a Clemson fan who was praising our team.
After the game, I've seen him at work three or four times and he doesn't want to talk.

I had a Clemson Grad two houses away from me. When Clemson won the national title in Tampa I was there on business the next week and picked him up a championship shirt. We talked football all the time and smack talked all the way up to the game.
He never said another word to me after the game, and then, after two months of seeing me pass by the fricker moves out and never came over and said bye, after knowing him for 18 years.
That is some serious butt hurt.

I live in Georgia, just across from the SC border. Probably an hour from OP. There are mostly UGA fans here, but still a good bit of Taters. They don't like hearing that they're not the best.

I was friends for years with a guy on another sport's message board. The board went bust about 7 or 8 years ago but I had his email address. I emailed him every time Clemson did well and congratulated him when they won their championship. I was hoping he would reciprocate but wasn't surprised that I never heard from him after we won.

I am currently working a few week stint in S.C. and wearing the purple and gold proudly. Getting lots of funny looks, and a few "you won't be relevant this year" comments.
