On the season Lacouture is:

2nd in team tackles

3rd in tackles for loss (4.5 - White leads with 5.5)

Tied for 2nd in sacks (3.5 - Thompson leads with 4.0)

Leads team in QB hurries

He gets a lot of heat for not holding up at the point of attack, but his production does not bear that out. While the rest of the DL is nursing their boo boos, CL is battling every play.

He played all 54 defensive snaps on Saturday. That is unreal with a heat index of a 100.

Maybe you need to show up at practice and show him you got off blocks in the SEC.

that is unreal.

also surprising is that we held them to that few plays, and that we had 10 more. so used to us only getting off around 60ish plays, and seeming like our opponents get closer to 70. I'd like to see us at around 70 per game.

So I gave you facts and you spout hyperbole. Typical. You really are what's worst about LSU fans.

Explain his TFL, sacks and QBH numbers.

Thank you! I've been "in" on this since the BYU game.

He's also drawing 'enough' double teams, and White's making plays. That's how it is supposed to work.

Would your masterful technique also include tying up the blockers thereby freeing the line backers to make the play? Which is a critical element on the Aranda defense.

Stick to X-Box.

Funny cause we were singling him out and i thought he looked like a major liability. Very slow and wasnt getting off blocks. Not a general criticism of the player, just what i saw in that one game.
