I don't know about some LSU fans. I wouldn't mind seeing Chip Kelly or Tom Herman at FSU. I wouldn't mind Neal Brown or Dana Holgorson either. The diamond formation would light it up at FSU with local talent and a serious defensive coordinator.

I'm not saying the Herman hype is necessarily "wrong", but didn't everyone say the same thing about Sumlin? I just don't get why Herman is such a guarantee after 1 good year at Houston.

The OP is a nobody just repeating rumors. I have no idea why everyone believes he has any more information than the rest of us.

Because you haven't been paying attention..

My gosh, how can you not use comprehension. You just blindly hate out at the man.

Here we go again. Okay?

#1. He called the Harris would be named starter with 100% certainty by a certain deadline. Of course many felt Harris would eventually win the starting job, but not many believed he would be named.. Not the week he was named. Many felt if he did win it would come out game week, or more so the very day of the game.. if not no naming at all..
And it wasn't like he was just being a bias fan of Harris, because he did state Jennings had the lead pretty significant at times and it would take something to overthrow him.

#2 He said the Jennings situation would be resolved by a certain date. He gave yet another timeline.. Again, anyone could have "predicted" that Jennings situation would be sorted out and no issues.. however, he gave this yet another timeline..

#3 He said the South Carolina game would be moved to Baton Rouge per someone on the team. He called this before it was announced.

#4 He said he was excited about the new coach coming and Les would be out, well before all this shite hit the fan and the national media got a hold of it.. He was stating this over a week ago.. but his comments kept getting removed.

#5 He is here yet again stating with a deadline, from day one (Monday) that we will know from Thursday-Tuesday that this particular HC would be the new LSU coach.

And you think he just trolling along..

He has never trolled just to get attention. If you check his post history nothing suggest he ever lead anyone on.. he seems like an incredibly passionate LSU fan.. I don't see him as one to just frick with the fan base at all.. He has broken multiple things with actual deadlines.. that is why this is different than just some "prediction" All he has done is relayed the word he has heard. And he's been right. Has he been an idiot at times, and not always in the know, or given wrong predictions? YES, as a fan he sure has.. just like any fan.. but the difference is in these things he just relaying the word he heard of what will happen.. and those things have happened.

Lol someone tried to discredit the man because he asked earlier in the month about Les Miles salary or something.. and they tried to say he's an idiot, he doesn't know what he's talking about now since he didn't know anything about contracts.. He doesn't claim to know "everything" All he has done is relayed very good word he has heard.. and when he has done this.. he has been accurate..

No where in his prior post history has anything he said made him out to be a troll.. I just don't see him as fricking with the fan base.. He seems like a sincere fan.. A lot of you people gave him shite before, and are giving him shite yet again.. but all he's doing is relaying as much as he can as a fan.. and because he won't name his source you rip him a new one.. or anyone who chooses to believe him.

It's fine if you don't care to believe him, but at least let the shite play out before you start shitting all over him.. Even now the narrative is changing to if he is right he still never knew shite, blah blah.. lol.. he's been trying to give us a heads up for over a week..

but it's whatever.. he's had more information than us before.. it's not so inconceivable.. some of you people are so bitter because you think it's just all about attention. you clearly don't see it from his perspective.. he's a passionate fan. he really doesn't hang around here much until this exciting news has broke. it's exciting times yall.. enjoy the ride, regardless.

Herman is mensa. He is an offensive genius. Remember it was his offense that beat bama last year.

He is 10-1 at Houston and the recruiting process is already spiking way ahead of what Houston is used to. He recently stole a quarterback commit from Clemson and has the #4 defensive tackle.

If LSU doesn't get Jimbo, this guy is the real deal.

As much as I love les I think we just need a true offensive guru to run team. That why Patterson is good but towards to middle for me. He is a defensiv coach right?

Herman or Kelly would be my 2a and 2b behind Jimbo

Don't want holgersen too close to crescent city and he has a drinking problem.

The one I am on tha f nice a ou is Fedora. A lot to like but he is a sure thing. May take him 3-4 season to get us running to top flight form. But I do believe. He will get us there.

Fedora is a pretty good coach. He has UNC running on all cylinders. He is doing this while under probation also which makes it more impressive.

I think UNC would up the money however. Not many people know it but UNC is loaded with cash and it looks like they are now ready back the football program. Butch Davis was beginning to make that program look scary until the cheating scandal.

UNC just put 70 million into the stadium and building an indoor practice facility.

I don't think they beat clemson this year though.

Has fisher ever expressed interest in coaching NFL team or has he been heavily courted?

Just seems like a strong 5-6 year run with LSU maybe even 3 and he would start getting some major attention.

Jimbo could have gone to Miami with Saban but chose not to. I don't think he has any interest in the NFL. I think he just loves the college game.

Jimbo is a different breed in that I don't think he is one of those mercenary types. If goes back to Baton Rouge it because he likes the place and also likes the SEC.

You know if Chip Kelly wanted to return to college he would be licking his chops to come to LSU! He knows the type of athletes we have in the south he has seen that firsthand when our DE ran down his Heisman Trophycandidate La Michael James from behind. I know he was really impressed by the speed and at the athleticism ofLSU! Not to mentionit's a lot easier to recruit at LSU than at Oregon, you have all the athletes you want in your own state with no other big in-state schools to compete with. I think Chip Kelly are Jimbo Fisher would be a homerun hire! No matter who it is people will still bitch!
