Chinook's at Salmon Bay - Sorry - Tickets Sold Out

I called this morning and tickets are on sale. They will need a credit card and the tickets will be mailed to you in advance. Tickets are $24. The phone number is 206-283-4665. Let's fill it up with Tiger fans!

Transportation to and from Stadium - 45 minute ride leaving the restaurant at 6:00 pm
One drink at the restaurant is included in the price.
Alchohol and snacks are sold on the boat.

The lady on the phone said that people were buying large blocks of tickets. They must have been really large blocks to fill up 425 seats that quick.

Just called. Seems there was a misunderstanding and Chinook's parent company's corporate office began selling tickets last month. They sold out quick. Said they can seat 350-450 depending on weather. I was 5th on the waiting list.

Guys, def. try to give your name and get on a waiting list.
I had a friend who is a local up there get our name on the list for the boat and they are holding so many spots for us until next week.
I just cancelled for my wife and I. There will probably be some spots opening up once some of these big block buyers realize who is coming and who is not.
The Chinook person told my friend up there that they have never seen anything like this. My buddy just told them to be damn sure their bar is stocked very well.

I am pretty pissed off. Yesterday, Chinooks was still telling us to call tomorrow. My buddy called today to find out what time we could call and the guy told him they had sold out! He asked what the deal was, guy told him they had never booked up in one day. Seemed totally blown away by how many LSU fans were coming....

I don't know about that. I called at about 10:00 and ordered 12 tickets for our group. I asked if they had been getting many calls and was told quite a few. I was originally told they would go on sale August 1, but decided to keep calling daily in case they started selling them early and sure enough they did. I decided to post it on the Rant to give everyone a heads up so they wouldn't miss out. Had no idea they would be gone before noon.

If anyone is canceling, call the restaurant AND TELL THEM so that I can move up on the waiting list!
