These are made in China or Vietnam by children. Interns make too much money .The design are copies of every other college hat. Probably $24.95 Retail and $2.00 in material

I still wear my old baseball cap from 2000. Fits great!! You remember the ones? TOW(Top of the World) with TIGERS across the back? Best hat ever.

That isn't to keep your hat flat. It to put your hat in so when you put it in the dishwasher to clean it, the hat won't get thrown around and stuck somewhere or balled up in a corner and not get clean.
