What happens when Chavis gets fired with Sumlin and A&M has to pay LSU for making that hire

I think LSU agrees to pay him. Chavis gets to coach at aTm.

In other words: Chavis LOST!

Chavis has all the leverage. The AD changed the contract after Chavis signed it. Chavis isn't going to lose that one.

Wrong! The change did not materially alter the contract in anyway. Who ever wanted to change the verbiage to more legalese is a dumbass and needs to read Scalia's book about using plain language.

Nothing material was changed and he signed the extension, next

Correct! The signing of the extension is also a ratification of the contract in question anyway had there been a material change.

Last I heard, it's going to a Baton Rouge jury.

My curiosity is peaked by thoughts of atm paying LSU to take a second rate coach off our hands. I love how they try to rationalize breaking rules while attempting to keep their self proclaimed Boy Scout image. And I look forward to their outrage when they have to pay LSU and Chief after firing him! Yeah, I know I'm not a good person.

We should have just paid what we owe. This was embarrassing.
