Early in the season....maybe 1st or 2nd game, Muscona had Charles Alexander on his show and before the show Matt just laid it out that he didn't think LF7 would break the single season rushing record this year.
He ask Charles Alexander the same question.....if he thought, with all the quality backs to come through LSU, if he thought that LF7 would be the one to take down his 38 year old record.
Alexander thought for a second and then said "Yes. I Think it falls this year."
Pretty cool when the guy who holds the records calls it as falling early on..

Moscona's mistake was using Fournette's YPC last year and projecting that he would need 35+ carries a game to get there.

Was so bummed he did not get the Heisman.

A lot of people who truly have inside connections know a lot more that the rant experts. Much like Herbie and others picking LSU to make the playoff even though national media had them around 13 or so and our "experts" on the rant agreed. Some claimed 13 was overrated

I called Fournett getting 1800 yds at the start of spring practice. I got so many down votes, the rants knows it all though.
