Nope... Talked to sugar bowl PR rep today- "at 7pm we shut everything down. Music,TVs,vendors etc..." he also said "it's already hard enough to control 70,000 people in the dome" they are just doing the pregame party. Official

the cluster frick that would've cause for people tryin to get into the dome would have been outrageous.
