I don't know if you can watch the game but I do know you suspect.

Not sure what ship you are going on but I was on one in April and they had the LSU baseball game on at the bar right outside of the casino

First off, you booked a cruise this weekend? Wow!

Second, I've got nothing after that.

I was on the carnival dream last year. They showed the Saints on monday night football on the big screen outside by the pool. Maybe they'll do that for you. Otherwise go to the casino. There's usually a bar there with a bunch of TVs (if your ship doesn't have a sports bar)

Since it's nationally televised game, the CBS feed out of Miami (that's where the Elation and Dream's cable feed is out of) will have it in your room at least. I watched LSU and Saints in the aft of the lido deck at that little bar for the USCe and Philly game week a few weeks ago. Cole Porter lounge is better, but you better get there at noon if you want a spot. It's small with sofas. We got there at 9am for a noon Saints game at it was packed.

Unless you booked this cruise in the 90's, you don't deserve to watch this game.

I went on one last december and they showed the saints-bears game in one of the huge rooms on a projector so maybe they'll do the same for this.

there also was every CBS NFL game on at the bar area too.

Yes you can catch the game at the bar tv's. I watched the A&M game last year at the rear bar above the pool.

Going on a cruise Thursday, will carnival have CBS? Will I be able to catch the game?
Three bad decisions in a row.

Please tell me you do not work at a nuclear generating plant?

FWIW I was on a cruise 2 years ago and they played the Alabama vs Arkansas (2:30 CBS game) on the huge screen on the lido deck, above the pool. It was actually really bad arse to be able to enjoy the game while in the pool and then in a deck chair with a big gay drink.

Definitely; i go on cruises almost every year about this time and have ALWAYS been able to watch an LSU football game from one of the sports bars or other lounge areas on board.

Not sure if it helps but when I was on the Dream in March, every March Madness game was on in the casino bar. I don't see why it wouldn't be on.

Yes, your room will have basic channels and CBS is one of them. I was on a Carnival cruise during the LSU Ole Miss game last year and was able to watch it.

Brother...not sure if they killed this thread. I am sailing Thursday on the Sensation. The worst is with Alabama fans that have been giving me crap since returning from overseas. At least there is one AU fan with me. I think we'll be able to catch the game and drink the bier. Hope to see you on the boat if we are actually on the same trip. Purple and Gold hat. Geaux Tigers........ Cheers.

I went early January of this year and they had the Alabama - Ohio St. game on in one of the lounges. The day before and the day during the game, I saw Bama gear all over the boat. After their loss, I didn't see anymore Bama hats, shirts, etc the rest of the trip.
