I don't remember it going down like that for some reason. The story I remember was state asking Paul for permission to talk to Andy and Paul basically telling them that he was ready to run his own program.

CPM had some incriminating pictures that he was holding for Les, that they didn't want Kathy to find.
On his way out, Cannizaro got the combination to CPM's safe, and removed said pictures for his own entertainment.
Shortly thereafter, Les was terminated.

No, Cohen called to tell Paul he was going to offer Canny the job. Paul asked if he was sure since he hadn't talked to him, and Cohen revealed he talked to Canny, which was what surprised Paul.

No. Paul tried to dissuade them. He was quoted as saying Andy only had 2 years coaching experience. Really came across douchey.
