What happens when players practice against better players? They get better.

Sane thing with coaches. Aranda and Canada will make each other better

It's about as beneficial as practicing in Canada would be.

I've always thought the 2011 defense benefited greatly from preparation for Oregon's fast paced offense. I remember they had scrimmages where our scout team would play with no huddle and with spread concepts to try and wear down the defense and get them out of position.

Helped the entire year.

I've always thought that ad well. They prepared all summer and all the fall practices to stop the most potent offense in the country at that time. The confidence discipline and conditioning that gave the team was invaluable.

Big thing to me, maybe small to others, is C.Canada is implement ing new rules where the football doesn't touch the ground after a TD. Hand it off to the official,no dancing, no obscene hollering & screaming, just pure professional behavior, haven't seen that since bear Bryant days.
