1. Get Brennan plenty of snaps and see how accurate and
mobile he is in actual game situations
2. Run some packages for Lowell who is one heckuva of a
runner and a pretty decent passer

If the above doesn't work, well DE is still there.

Not piling on DE, but he is not very mobile and our OLine is not the classic pass protect model. Help out your line. This also hopefully takes some pressure off your defense.

It appears that they are trying to redshirt Narcisse. I think Brennan will start playing more especially if Etling continues to struggle

Appreciate it and why mess with such a prolific offense

No evidence of that at LSU as of yet. This aint St. James High School.

If it is indeed a rebuilding year, then getting Brennan some playing time would be the smart move instead of running up the score on FCS teams

Hell, Canada is much of the problem.

I really expected him to show flexibility - varying his scheme based on personnel and game situation.

Instead, he seems stubborn and scared. Maybe he's scared of DE, I don't know.

It seemed like the writing was on the wall pretty early on to put DE in the shotgun, give him a little more time, put some more speed on the field. Just didn't happen.

It was hard watching all the desperation deep balls in the end, too
