most of these guys don't know that being a superstar is really based on hype/popularity. He's certainly a superstar at LSU, and around the SEC.

And around the nation. Hanagriff had some national guy on a few days ago that said he gets questions in his chats about LF all the time from California, Oregon, Texas, Ohio, etc. He'll be a household name by October.

Sorry, in book superstars actually perform on the field and it's not just hype.

I'm all for the excitement, but slow down a bit. What the frick has he done to be labeled a "superstar"? He's a talented freshman with what appears to be a high ceiling.

He's not a superstar yet.

"Potential" superstar - I'll buy that. But he hasn't played one single down of college football. Let's see it happen on the field.

There have been a shitload of 5-star busts at every college football program in the country, so let's just all calm down until we see it on the field.

And I'm a Fournette fan - he seems like a great kid with a ton of talent.

Agreed. At this point he's a high school superstar.

ok, he's a frickin rock star then

are we really debating over a thread title because someone labeled him something you disagree with?

are you the most miserable person on this site?

So are you saying you measure superstar on hype alone? If so, then yes he's already a superstar.
