Can you listen to the game online?

I know this has been discussed a million times but I never had to worry about it until now, working nights now and I have to listen to it. Can you catch it online or is it blacked out?

I listen on lsusports.net when I'm not around a TV. Blair with the call. Edit I've never been charged but I live in TN, so I just assumed it was everywhere for free.
