Can we ever go to the BCSCG without controversy?

There's BCS controversy in the years that we won, but never about us being in the game. We've always been looked at as a legitimate contender.

Definitely agree! However, although the talking heads have declared Bama is "in" that's not really the case since the final numbers are not in until next week.

I've been saying, the media will spin it somehow to make a championship less legit. If we play bama then they will say we never stepped up to a big 12 offense. If we play someone other than bama they will say bama outplayed us and was the better team.

It's a flawed system. It always has been and always will be as long as there is not playoff. Until then these are all MNC's in my opinion.
And by that I don't mean calling the regular season a playoff, cause I know every game is important, but in know way can playing your conference schedule and whoever you want in the other games in any way be considered a true relevant playoff. It just means the games are important, but you can still maybe lose one and hell sometimes two and still take it all.
