Say what you want about les but everyone loved him. He just didn’t make the changes he needed to and it was time to make a move.

Nothing.....both coaches refuse to change their game plan...you have to be flexible and change with the times...neither one is capable of that....

One is short and mostly bald, the other is tall and mostly bald. The tall one lives in Kansas.
