B cause the umpires in this tournament have been bad. Really bad.
I don't typically argue balls and strikes. As long as it is consistent on both sides I am ok.
But how in the hell does a home plate umpire lose track of the count multiple times in a game? It happened multiple times in multiple games this tournament.
