Can some help me out with the LSU sports app?

I have an account and am trying to upgrade to get live audio and video. Problem is I can't figure out how to do it. When I hit the audio button it redirects me to sports app plus.

You buy the app, then there is an in app purchase. I got it because I don't live within a clear signal of radio and I am not always near a tv. I use it occasionally.

App really sucks. Crashes all the damn time. For me at least.

I was having the same issue just today. Got it working just in time to tune in to vandy's 3-run homer (sorry I jinxed us).
For an iPhone/smart phone, you have to sign up for the premium version of the app (an extra $5 for the school year.) to get the audio/video. Here's the link they sent me:

Click the device you have on the right side of the screen and follow the prompts.
