I know he is tearing it up at linebacker, but is Kevin White a consideration as RB depth as a two way?

With a new OC we will be passing more so there's no need to over rely on the RB position anymore

I swear I saw a month ago people asking if he could play ILB. And no, I'm not gonna search to prove it.

At any rate, he's gonna be our Jerome Bettis and I for one can't wait to see the glory of it!

i got an idea, devin white was smashing kids in hs at rb and lb. he wanted to get on the field faster so he moved to lb, if lsu recruits at least maybe another linebacker or two committed to lsu, could devin white move to rb? i seem to think he wanted to play rb as a freshman at lsu but to see the field faster he went linebacker, another option is move ducre to rb. get his foot work moving faster quick speed. or possibly a move from someone else on the chart. les miles converter nose tackle jacob hester to rb. could coach O and Juluke go that same route? any ideas?

I live in the same press area as devin white played in, and our paper constantly spoke of him as playing rb in college .this is while he was in high school playoling both ways and just absolutely taking games over at rb ,he was making dbs piss there pants in the open field and getting about 20 tackles a game ...did LSU EVER consider him as a rb ? During recruiting or since hes been on the team...i realize theres no way to know if they discussed or thought about it. Just wondering if any of yall heard anything about that ever? i remember our newspaper saying that lsu wanted to play him at rb some....the writer for LSU football in our local paper is terrible though ,so who knows whats true .Glen Gulibeau is his name ,i think thats how its spelled .the thought of that big ole dude at tailback in the goal line package is intriguing, but hes just too important of a player at too important of a position,no matter the importance of the situation, especially next year , even to get 4 or so carries a game isnt he? Jabrill peppers though

Lol. How can anyone not know about jacob hester at evangel and be trying to discuss him...he played all over the offense but his main position was rb. I played against him multiple timesand he was everywhere and had the ball alot and it hurt trying to tackle him alot...he broke one of the hard plastic brackets that holds the facemask on whenever he lowered his head And hit me helmet to helmet...i was a 165pound saftey and he was bout 215 then. ..one play he got me with his thigh pad to the dome and it was lights out.

or we could move walk-on Jalen Williams to RB
former Boston Red Sox farm system pitcher from Opelousas
6'3 220 lbs
he could make the switch in the spring
plus, Nick Brossette may have a break-out 2017

Man, could you mf'ers please stop acting like we have no players? We'll get a top guy next year and guys like TE will be irrelevant misses.
Now we can definitely offer freshman playing time to a top recruit next year.
