Camping world tickets - how to access

Been out of the loop - ordered LSU/FSU tickets through LSU - how do we access them. I see they are not in LSU account (although payment through them).
I think I got an email in June that said ticketmaster would email but I never got an email. Am I missing something?

Call Ticketmaster and have your LSU account info. They were super nice and will walk you through the process till tickets in wallet app.

I concur, Ticketmaster customer service was very helpful. I transferred my tickets to a co-worker. He couldn’t get the tickets into his Apple wallet. Ticketmaster customer service helped and got it done.

For all the $ these 'mobile ticket' sites make...they sure don't seem to make much of an effort to simplify/streamline the process for the BUYER !
