The shear arrogance of this coach to run at 8 in the box regardless. This game was lost in the first two offensive series by LSU. Running on 1st and 2nd downs, getting behind in down and distance embolden the ole miss defense to think they can really win this thing. Pre-game, on the radio, the comment made by the ole miss defensive coordinator that his job was to stop LSU's run. He's right, it's easy to figure out. Les Miles has to be the easiest coach on our opponent's schedule to game-plan. We haven't changed, nor will we ever change with this coach.
Had we showed more imagination on offense early, we could have broken their back. So how was that half-time adjustment? Run, Run, pressure on the QB-surprise! Bad punt. Much later we try to spread them out, too late genius! Ever wonder why the pros never come calling on Miles? I am done with this man. Do whatever it takes to hire James Franklin!

Second offensive series was 1 play. Long pass down field picked off in the endzone. That is running into an 8-man box.

Here's the reality of what happened last night. I arbitrarily looked at our first 4 possessions.

13 rushes: 5.7 yds/carry
8 passes: 5 completions, 2 ints

Mett was off. the game plan here was the same as it always was: run to establish PA passing. Mett threw two ints that were both in the end zone and were absolute momentum killers. PA passing down field is a Cameron call, not Miles. Reality is Mett has an off game and threw 3 costly picks and would've thrown a 4th if Landry doesn't break it up. Last night was a perfect time to pull back on the passing and go mostly run. Hell without the sacks we were getting 4.5 per carry and that's with them selling out to stop the run.

The main problem with this team right now is they can't get off the field on 3rd and long and as we all know.....Miles doesn't really touch the defense.

Isnt it a shame that when confronted with info that completely disproves a point, the retards NEVER come back to say"you know what, I am a retard who doesn't watch the games and regurgitates crap"
