no part of me was considering this.... just thought the time was hilarious. Am trying to figure out the best way to tailgate....don't wanna do bars and don't have an RV

So the fan fest can start early but parking lot Tailgating has to wait until 4 hours before Kickoff?

that's the most confusing thing.... if a fan wanted to make a whole day, you go to fan fest.... then have to leave... then can come back at 4:30

I think that is a mistake and carry over from last year. I think UH-OU kicked off at 12:00Noon.
