That's uglier than the cloth Tiger mascot from the early sixties.

Well, let's take this as far as we can. Put him in the Tiger Trailer and parade him around before the game in Tiger Stadium. Park his butt next to the visitors tunnel until we get our "live" mascot back..... Maybe the admin will get the hint!
