Bingo.. He was a decent recruiter but his play style was old and he failed to think outside the box for 8+ years. I am GLAD he's gone. SO MUCH WASTED talent.

My understanding was that he was going to win Nattys here … not “ be respectable “ . He has a 95 million dollar 10 year contract . We could have respectable for a helluva lot less . Just sayin’

Great Point! BK was grossly OVERPAID. I’d expect some of last year’s problems to be addressed, adjustmented etc… Looks like the same.

There was one moment just after the hire where I was afraid he'd realize he was finally headed to a place where excuses got you fired, and that accordingly he'd go out and hire the best OC and DC money could buy and just focus on the one thing he's pretty good at, which is making the trains run on time. It was really going to look like Notre Dame had been holding him back, and not vice versa. Whatever you think about the last point, as soon as I saw Denbrock hired the fear went away. Same old Brian. Now reading this board is like an acid flashback.

I'll be convinced when we look prepared for a game and when the play calling is not crap.

That will not go over well for him.

BK needs to quit being so stubborn and find his inner Saban and yank Jayden Daniels out of the lineup. We aren't winning anything with Jayden's regressive understanding of how to run an offense and do the simplest of things such as making reads. Prepare this team for the future by giving Nussmeier a shot to showcase his skills. I guarantee we would see something better that what our staff had trudged out there the past year. We've hit our ceiling and the person who gives us the greatest opportunity is on the bench!

Taking 30 something scholarship players, a quarterback from Arizona,

That's the first mistake! We need to play a QB who understands the position and can execute it! The man currently under center currently instills no confidence whosoever and is not leading you to victory, especially in a in a shootout! Never in my life did I think we'd have Les Miles 2.0 calling the shots, yet here we are watching it play out before our very eyes!

I want to believe but so far, he just looks like a more polished CLM without the ability to land stud talent

So Orgeron built a Championship team in his third season and you predict the hundred million dollar man can do it in seven.

Jimbo makes almost Ten Million and he hasn't sniffed a Championship.

Woodward is one heck of a slick salesman and PR expert.

What a Wacky world.

Coach 0 didn't build anything at LSU but a black book of hoes.
His hiring, firing, offensive scheme and defensive scheme were classic examples of throwing shite on a wall and seeing what sticks, getting lucky once thanks to staff inherited from the previous regime.
He could never sustain gridiron success because he never understood it to begin with.
