All of his other stats this year are probably even more impressive than the HRs (i.e. runs, RBI, BB, AVG, OPS).

"LeMahieu is leading the league in batting"

Sorry, wrong. Tim Anderson of the Sox is leading the league with a .334 average. DJ is batting .329.

He's 5pts out of first. Hopefully he can turn it up the last few games and get the batting title. That would be a cool LSU/MLB record.

cue the Rantards - who'll say Bregman doesn't go to LSU anymore, therefore we're not allowed to talk about him.

How is that in any way an LSU record? And the cool thing about it would be winning the batting title in both the NL and AL. That’s a very rare feat.

Bregman is getting better and better every year he is in the major leagues. Same w DJ. Both are great representatives of LSU in their communities and on the baseball field. Well done!
