I'm assuming it's just like pulling a hamstring or any other major muscle?

yes, definitely. We are actually worse off with our best DL not being seriously injured. Kudos for being man enough to mention what all are thinking.

It will make it hard for him to shed blocks. He won't be able to hit the weights as hard to keep up his strength during the season also. But if he can come in and give some solid series it will be huge for the D.

Says who? We don't know at all the severity or scope of the injury. If he plays he may be 100%. Either way he will be the best option.

True I'm still going by the torn biceps report, which is actually usually the tendon. He won't be able to hit weights as hard and would be limited with one arm is all I'm saying.

How was the diagnosis so wrong?

I'm just trying to understand how he goes from being out for the year to back into the lineup early in the season.

I'm not complaining but that just seems odd to me.

Every OL/DL in college football will be nursing an injury soon enough. If he can play through it, he can play through it.

This isn't high school billy. These guys more than maintain strength during the season.

How is this thread not under scrutiny?

Dude posts a random source with no link and says he got it from his mom. Is doya someone worth while? If so, apologies...

Otherwise, saying he won't need surgery doesn't necessarily mean strap it up and go full throttle game one.

Hamstrings take ppl out for months and "don't need surgery" along with many others

Am I the only skeptic? I thought QT was gonna bust out this season so I hope he's good to go
