In case the Tiger D faces Brantley tomorrow night:
STATS for 2009: 22 - 30 (73.3%)
4 TD's. 0 INT, 1 sack
YPA 7.7yds, Long 33 yds
Rating 182.24

Where did these stats come from?
Against CharlestonSouthern and Troy:
18 - 24; 3 TD's
Against SEC opponents:
TN - Did not play
UK - 4 - 6 for 30 yds, 1 TD
2 rushing attempts for 3 yds.

Not much of a resume' to be #1 passer in SEC. Me thinks, and Mr. Rabbit agrees, that young Mr. Brantley is about to receive a baptism of fire.

I figured it was JL... 3-3 for 3 yards and a TD no sacks.

He is very good.....
the biggest difference would be in 3rd down and short situations.

Exactly. We should send all the JL ranters to the Gator board so they can regale them with tales about how JL just needs a chance.

Though I think one out of those 3 was negated by a penalty or something. And 3 yards can't be accurate. Can it?

Hey, don't forget who Joe Montana's backup was...he was an "ok" quarterback by most standards...
