You're thinking about NFL McNair. He only had him by probably 10Lbs max in college

Uhm............................that would be NO.
I saw McNair play live in person his senior year at ASU. No way is Harris on that level yet. He's not as fast and not as big. He's got a big arm though.

Damn dude. You just brought me back. I haven't thought about Steve McNair in forever. He's a forgotten player, and was a helluva player as well.

McNair was one of the most legendary college QB's of all time.

Harris, not so much

Harris has 3 years left considering this one just started.. (I'm including this one)

Harris and LSU are going to be pretty great

He played against D2 competiton and he lost like 3 or 4 games his first season?

Let's let Harris play out his Junior and Senior year before just saying no..

You talking about the same Steve McNair where all sports programming was interrupted to cut to an Alcorn State game to watch McNair break the all time total yardage record for a college player?

That crack must be a helluva drug.

I wish we had that passing offense. And.....no. Maybe he is shifty and faster but he is no Steve McNair.

I'm not saying that Sophomore Brandon Harris is like Senior or NFL McNair. Harris is getting better every week now, and he may never put up the Numbers that Steve McNair did because of our system. If you watch McNair in the pocket from back then the similarities are there and can't be denied

McNair was nicknamed cinnabon by his teammates for his prowess in the locker room. Apparently had to coil it in a circle to fit in the jock strap.

Except that McNair averaged about 500 yards of total offense per game. I will grant you that they are both African-American though. That part is undeniably true.

You can never compare SWAC numbers to to D1 numbers. Different level of competition

Pump the brakes, fella.

McNair had 14,496 career college passing yards. Harris has 754.

Might want to wait awhile to make that comparison.
