I was like holy shite!!!! when Harris came in started kicking arse. We came close. He shouldnt been in the halfway through the 3rd.

It's the only loss I've ever rewatched. Each time I watch it, I'm still amazed we came back to have a shot at a Hail Mary. Miss. St. had the ball inside our five under four minutes left, we're down 34-16, and somehow made it look interesting.

Only thing Harris didn't do well that drive was slide down to avoid taking a shot and the final throw could've had more air under it.

Lael got whipped on that play so he had to bail to the sideline which caused a shorter throw bc he threw it on the run and couldn't plant his feet

That is one reason I hate going for two early, you kick the Xps and its a FG game. We still lose but we don't have to have the TD there.
I still find it hard to believe BH didn't get much more than the AU fiasco after that. He just looks like the better WB

If Welter isn't completely out of position on the two 50+ yard draw plays, we win by 5 rather than vice versa.
But hey, at least A&M "stole" his position coach and the guy who waited too long to bench him.
Seriously, though. Watching Harris come in and put together a drive I the final seconds played alongside AJ's pants shitting in the Bama game is all I need to see to know who the better QB is.

Harris has tremendous talent. I really hope he can put it all together the next few seasons. He's a treat to watch when he's on.
I wouldn't knock his Hail Mary attempt. He did great just to escape and get off a decent pass. If only we had more time.. Harris was putting on an absolute show out there.. He has the ability to take the offense places..

If Les goes for the XP then LSU is only down 17 rather than 18 when Mullen opts to go for it on 4th and short on our 5 rather than a FG. He likely kicks the FG if it's 17.
