Brainstorming: Where are other possible GameDay set up locations?

It looks like ESPN will be at the LSU-Alabama game.
It is probable that the set up will remain on the grounds near the Campanile.
Yet, are there other areas you would propose for consideration?
[It is assumed that the TAF events in the PMAC make the Ramp a no-go in these days. That's too bad, because the view of Tiger Stadium and the pre-game crowd are great there. I recall it being there when we beat UGA at home in '03. I actually shook Saban's hand (wow, he is really short) after the game when he was going to the ESPN set for his post-game interview.]
Is there another location which would give LSU a better promotional spot.

I love it on the Parade Grounds, personally.
They've done it in one of the grass parking lot areas sorta near Walk-Ons and the new Box once before. There was something on the Parade Grounds going on that day, so they couldn't have it there.
I believe it was an LSU/Alabama game. Either 2008 or 2012.

any other place that I can think of would displace a good bit of parking/tailgating, which we don't want.

They have LSU salutes next weekend, probably will be at walkons.
They also have the Alex box lot now, which would have the front of the stadium as a backdrop. That would be sweet

this is actually not too bad an idea...they could open concessions and bathrooms there for convenience, too.

LSU salutes must have been what kept it from the Parade Grounds the time I mentioned.

The PMAC is by far the best spot with the best view and having the biggest crowd.
Parade grounds have led to a lot of dead crowds... Too far away for a lot of people who are arriving and setting up tailgates on the other side of campus

I wish Gameday still went live with Gameday final back at the set like they used to do. Man, those were some great times. Seems like they haven't done that since around 2003.

They did it after the LSU/Bama game in 2011.

Forgot all about the GameDay Finals. Why did they do away with it?

Protection from the fans is built-in, plus a tribute to Mike the Tiger. Interesting thought.

There's a side benefit, agenda really, that I'm thinking of here:
- make sure ESPN gets plenty of shots of it, maybe a quick segment on the facilities built in (so not transfer for health care, feeding, etc).
anti-PETA propaganda campaign. There's lots of ordinary people and SJW's out there (including SEC member states) that think Mike's habitat is some like the pens seen on those Sarah Mclaughlin commercials.
At least we'll all but guarantee general/popular support (you'll never sway the SJWs, EVER... don't even bother expending any resource from sperm to $ to time to boogers) if that fight turns both public and ugly.
