To me, he would be a game-manager type QB, like Alex Smith or Kyle Orton. LSU doesn't need a gun-slinger in the pocket, they just need a smart QB who can manage the game and let the running backs dominate.

No dude, not saying he's at the same talent level as those two guys, he would be a QB in the same "style" as those guys, the same type of player, not the same level of talent obviously.

I honestly don't even know how to address this. Kragthorpe not only isn't an SEC-caliber QB, he's not an FBS QB. That's the best I can do. Kragthorpe will get zero snaps that are of any importance unless Jennings, Harris and probably Magee are hurt.

It can't be worse than Jennings. You could literally start Welter at qb and still accomplish no points like an did last week. Dude is just lost.

Give Kragthorpe a series and see what happens. Do something even if it's wrong. I mean make a damn effort.
