Didn't McShay say LF7 would have over 200 yards from scrimmage though?

It's a legit prediction. We've faced some really shitty defenses so far. It will be interesting to see how we perform, especially in light of JDM being sidelined.

Disagree.

The OL is very good and LF is generationally great.

I'll have to see someone do it before I'll believe it. CAN they? Sure, its possible.

But, LSU will NOT stop trying to get yards from LF and it is tough to defense it correctly EVERY time. Eventually, LF will break long ones.

They had a great defense last year, and they didn't

We have a better offense this year, and they won't.

If Fournette doesn't get to 150, it'll be because we have a comfortable lead in the 2nd half and so we pull him. But I believe this will be a relatively low scoring game, and we'll keep Fournette in they're grinding for most of the game. He'll get his yards.

Disagree. But they are taking the safe bet thinking UF will be his biggest test of the year.

LF will continue to amaze.

It's going to be tough to rack up 150 against UF's defense.

LF has the ability to do it, but I would bet against it.

if florida is determine that LF7 has to be stopped at all costs for the whole game, regardless of whether the rest of LSU's offense is ripping them up, the he won't get it.

if they realize there is more to stopping the offense, and quit stacking the box, he will.

we don't really know how things will play out, do we?

Depends on his rush count. If they limit him to 21 carries again, id say theres a decent chance hes held under 150.

remember where he was against worse USCe defense. he only had a few carries left to do something big. Without that hes held to a paltry 3 yds/carry and something like 70 yards.

I would take the over easily. LF has not been forced to play an entire game yet because we have secured victory either very early on or have pulled away late in the game and coasted. If this game ends up being close like some think it will, then Fournette gets 30+ carries and he will get his yards. If it isnt close, then that means he's well over 150 anyway.
