Old Joe Alleva will have his hands full again this year with decisions to be made if there aren't drastic improvements. He is a basketball guy after all right?

I'm team Monte Williams
He would kill it in the college game. NBA players absolutely love the man, and recruits' parents would fall in love with him off the court.

Why did LSU fans ever think this? All he made was one women's basketball hire at Duke.

He hired both of these. He will now have to fire both.
Guess he gets a do-over.

Alleva began as athletic director in 1998. Alleva hired three football coaches in his 11 years: Carl Franks, Ted Roof, and David Cutcliffe. Franks' record in his five years was 7–45, including two 0–11 seasons. Roof went 6–45. Despite an initial preference for former UCLA head coach Karl Dorrell, Alleva eventually settled on Cutcliffe as Roof's replacement. His first baseball coach hired was Bill Hillier who compiled a 121–214 record.
We say that jokingly, because we can only hope his talents lie somewhere besides football and baseball. He seems to do quite well with a long time successful sitting in place coach for basketball.

Watch JJ's team this season. I think we could be top 4 in the SEC again. I am sure we'll finish way better than #12 in the SEC.

Well that's a home run
I'm not sure you can put Johnny on Joe

I'm pretty positive I didn't put that

Fortunately, it's October and we don't yet need to pay attention to what is or isn't happening at the PMAC.

Down.
Could be like Kevin Ollie at UConn, in a way.
