Honestly, I've never been a Miles fan. My biggest issue from day one was lack of attention to detail. That being said, I've been to probably 60% of the games during his tenure pulled hard for my school. That doesn't change today. Plus I have to live with those mouth breathers in Mississippi.

Here's an idea. If LSU losing makes us happy; why did we ever start getting mad at miles in the first place? use your head, You dumb shite

While it won't make me happy, it's like pulling off a bandaid. You know it's going to hurt for a little while but the long term benefits outweigh the fleeting pain.

Geaux Tigers

Beat Ole Miss

Just wait until they get part of what they want (Les being gone). The other part they have no control over. That part of the fan base is entitled. Alleva is running the ship now.

Word is out of Georgia is that after they hired Pruitt that he and Richt are clashing. It would be fortunate if Steele and crew can remain for another year (at least Orgeron and Wilson), but the head coach you bring in will have all the leverage so they better hire a king (i.e. Urban Meyer) like Alabama did or the whole thing could fall apart trying to reach for something better while trying to get cheaper.

That is the only guy that has continued to win National Championships after leaving the SEC and still beating Alabama. That's what this fan base wants so I hope we can get him. In order to accomplish all of these things, you will need to be able to manage the program and make an impact on one side of the ball while not neglecting the other side. That's a tall order that I don't think many realize. They can try to minimize what their looking for but that will simply put the program where it stands right now with 2 possible losses per season most seasons given the current SECW climate.

Again, non-football people will be making this decision and with that comes politics and favors. Bertman having sat in the seat of HC in a sport understood these types of decisions better and it has benefited LSU to a point. Alleva is coming from a different experience. We know his track record. The question is who will he go to bat for?

I agree. Again, only one other coach has shown that he can pay as much attention to detail as Nick Saban and go toe-to-toe with him, because that's what you're really trying to accomplish by making that statement. Only Urban Meyer has proven he can do so. Again, I hope we can get him, but I don't even know that he's on the list. Herman is his disciple but he isn't really proven yet but he has managed to keep that team focused, produce on offense, and lead UH to an undefeated season so far. Also, clearly they've given up a number of points on that side of the ball. 30 pts and 34 pts in November mirroring LSU's defensive effort, but the offense is still humming. That's the only other intriguing choice that I would be willing to give a chance to because I believe the risks are lower and he's young and can grow with the program.

I don't agree with that, nor do I agree that that the heat is only because he can't beat Saban. We have enough talent to complete with anyone in the country. Hell Hugh Freeze has beaten Saban two years in a row now. Miles is in trouble because he is 8-6 in the SEC in the last 2 years and because of how he looked getting there. Btw only 2 of those losses were to Alabama.

But Booger hates LSU. He can't criticize or pick against LSU. He'll never be able to return to or work in Louisiana again. Am I doing it right?

You're on the Ben Simmons train until we lose back to back games in basketball. Then your fairweather arse will move on to baseball.

As long as Ole Miss scores less than them, I don't care. It's win at all cost so this team can build off of it.
