I agree Boise only plays 1 or 2 games per year but when they play in a big one they win. You will get your shot at them in the sugar bowl this year

Auburn?

Yep. Plus there have been plenty of times the BCS formula has screwed the pooch.

Well, so far it has been pretty good for the SEC, but I fricking hate it. This year could be a total cluster if a few teams remain undefeated.

Yea I agree the loser of the LSU/Bama game is going to get a chance to humiliate Boise. Hopefully it will be a statement game that sends Boise on a one way flight back to irrelevancy. Of course, that will ultimately be up to the media.

Well the good news is that if the SEC champ is undefeated they literally have nothing to worry about. They will be a lock based on perception and recent history.

Where it gets dicey is if there is only one undefeated AQ champ (not SEC) and an undefeated Boise.

Agreed. An undefeated SEC champ is a lock. In the past a 1 loss SEC champ has usually been a lock too, but there is a good chance that a 1 loss SEC champ won't make it this year IMO. Wisconsin, Oklahoma and Stanford need to lose a game, which is possible. It is less likely that Boise loses a game IMO.

I seriously have no idea why you guys are get your panties in a bunch over us so much. Last year pretty much proved that a 1-loss SEC team will stay ahead of an undefeated Non-AQ. Boise fans generally think LSU is better than Boise State. So does the media, that's why you guys are well ahead of us in the polls. If we played in a bowl this season, you would be heavily favored to win. Believe me when I say you folks are getting worked up over nothing.

By the way, whoever said we're 1,000 miles from Denver needs to look at a map. Portland to Denver isn't even 1,000 miles. LINK
