People forget miles running down the sideline saying time out when we had none.
He is not even good at his own specialty, offense.

You have possibly been the worst poster on here the last couple of weeks. Roll your eyes somewhere else.

I assume that at one time, Hebert could read defenses....But that's along way from being able to coach, much less being a head coach.
Even when he played, did Bobby call his own plays?
(Can you imagine Bobby going to mamma's house to recruit some young man?)

Anyone remember that time The Great Joe Montana was driving for a key game-winning drive against the Saints and ran up to the line to spike the ball? And then he *did* spike the ball? Not realizing it was 4th down?

People screw up at times.

Miles wins because he surrounds himself with good assistants.

He knows nothing about defense and lets Chevis do it all.

He sucks at offense which everyone knows.

Miles is a ceo coach.

Bobby knows more about football than Miles.

Not very well. His TD/Pick ratio is not that good and his career QB rating is around 80.

So, thinking miles is an average coach makes someone a bad poster?

No, but I can imagine someone going to mamma's house to recruit Bobby back in the day.

Miles knows nothing about defense and sucks on offense. How hard is it to comprehend that any half arse NFL qb who started for years knows more about offense than Miles.

I also remember that when Bobby left the Saints for the Falcons, he took a lot of cheap shots at the city of New Orleans itself. The city that embraced him as one of their own. During the Saints SB run in 2009, it chapped my arse to no end to see that drunken, ignorant a-hole jump on the New Orleans bandwagon as if none of that had ever happened. A lot of people in New Orleans seem to have forgotten what a prick he was when he left. I haven't.

it's funny you say, because i felt the same exact way .. i never forgot the shite that a-hole said about the city of new orleans or how he fricking bolted for the money to atlanta .. frick him ..

Lord knows there are a ton of football tactitians Miles detractors could hitch their wagon to. Stick to Saban guys. Bobby Hebert isn't your champion. The fact that he gets paid to spout jibberish on the radio is a sad commentary on what passes for sports radio in Louisiana nowadays.

Seriously, there are apps on your phone that let you listen to real sports talk radio in major media markets. Listen to some of them, then go back and try to listen to Bobby and Deke. You'll actually be able to hear your brain cells commit suicide.

Harder than it is to comprehend that someone can be a major college football head coach for 12 years, winning nearly 75% of the games he's been head coach at between two schools, and be considered only an "average" coach who knows "nothing about defense."
