best way to look at this is; remember for every reaction there will be another action. just depends on your reaction, to whom and what kind of mood they are in.

Make a tight fist and punch yourself in the nuts repeatedly. As hard as you possibly can. It might hurt for a while but it will help to numb the pain you will feel after the game when your team loses to the tigers for the 3rd straight time even though you have the better team/coach.
