I was born and raised a Sooner, but have lived in the Baton Rouge area for the past 12 years. OU never has had a huge following in baseball, so I wouldn't expect much of crowd from them this weekend. I don't expect to come to Baton Rouge and win, but you never know. A win against a great program like LSU could get the OU program going much like the LSU win over OU did for your football program. I'm looking forward to a great weekend and good luck.

Maybe go to the help board and ask some admins for some assistance to get those guys over here. Im sure they would do it considering it would give TD more exposure.

Wish I could drive down to Baton Rouge this weekend. I almost ended up going to LSU(how I found this site) so I have always had respect for y'all.

you can try landthieves.com.

there seems to be one idiot LSU troll (BayouLSUCajun) there making an arse of himself. posted this gem of a top 10 list...

quote:

10 Reasons LSU will Defeat Oklahoma

1. Alex Box - The crowd, noise, park, atmosphere will intimidate the Sooners. I read that they played in front of really large 2,300 crowds this season. Wow. Get ready for 10,000+ screaming cajuns. Oklahoma will shrink in fear everytime they look up at the intimidator on right field.

2. Humidity - Oklahoma can be hot, but not humid like Louisiana. You can't escape it.

3. Austin Nola - You can pretty much chalk up game 1 as an LSU victory. I know Oklahoma has a stud pitcher too, but he isn't Austin Nola.

4. No adderall - Your stud pitcher can't get his fix this weekend. I expect him to be slower, unfocused and confused the entire game.

5. Mason Katz - You better pitch around him otherwise he will crush it out the park. The guy is clutch and a power hitter.

6. Fielding - LSU is the best fielding team in the country. We had an uncharacteristic game last week, but that was the exception to the rule.

7. Oklahoma's weak lineup - 2 starters batting over .300? Good luck against some top notch pitching.

8. 2003 football national championship - We all remember what happened in that 21-14 defeat which wasn't really that close. We also all remember the whining by OU fans after about how they hated being "tigerbaited." I look forward to more whining this weekend.

9. Chris Cotton - If you are down going into the 9th inning, you may as well pack up and go home. No blown saves this year for Cotton. We have had some great closers over the years, but Cotton might be the best.

10. Tradition - LSU is the Duke of college baseball. We are known for our rowdy crowds, our CWS appearances, and our national championships. Oklahoma will be playing against more than just the 9 players on the field this weekend.

his homer analysis is top notch.
