I threw this topic out after watching Eason’s around his back move last night which was pretty solid!

My contributions are:
Shaq pulling down the goal-exhibition game?
Jarrell Martin between the legs against UF.
CJ on a breakaway against UT when he scored 50.
Glover Jackson-No clue who they were playing but I remember it as being amazing.

1. Shaq vs. Arizona in 1990 toward the end of the game hanging on the rim then dancing

2. Jabari Smith Funk dunk vs. Arizona in 2000 right before halftime

3. Shaq vs Duke in 1992 where he landed on Grant Hill

No others come close

Stromile - all the dunks
Jabari - all the dunks
Jarrell with the between the legs showtime on Florida
Emmitt Williams - lots to choose from, but the one against Kentucky early in the game was awesome!

I was always partial to this one.

Too bad it looks like it was filmed with the same camera technology that captured all that Babe Ruth footage.

Watching those alley hoop dunks by Marlon Taylor was something special. I'll never forget that kid. That between the legs dunk by Jarell Martin was the shite as well.

The between the legs dunk by Jarrel against florida during a TIED GAME makes him one of my favorite lsu players of all time. Then right after that we got a steal and threw an alley OOP to quarterman on the break. The whole sequence was epic. I was watching on my phone at work and lost my shite

Vernel Singleton had a put back tomahawk flying through the lane I believe against McNeese. He caught it with one hand probably 6 feet from the rim as his crotch went over another players head.

McNeese State in the PMAC. Shaq jumps over a 7 footer on a putback throwdown. That one will always be special for me. I was in the building for that one with my childhood best friend. It was the only LSU game in any sport that we were ever able to attend together. We were both 13 years old. Seven years later he would end up passing away in a car accident, but I’m happy that he and I got to go to at least one LSU game together. That was the one.

Tyrus Thomas had a STUPID dunk against Arkansas, I believe. One where his hands were at the top of the backboard at one point. That one stuck with me.

My favorite though, is Vernel Singleton in 1990 or 91. Day game at the PMAC against Tennessee. Took off down the middle of the lane, seemed like from 8 feet out, and tomahawked with authority. Highly underrated and ignored dunk in LSU bball history

This one for me. I thought the ball was gonna go over the damn backboard before he climbed the ladder and slammed it down.

Can’t recall the opponent, but Oliver Brown had a windmill dunk down the lane in a half court set that was unbelievable

I think i'd vote for the Shaq throwdown against McNeese or the one against Arizona.

Here's the one against Arizona. As far as crowd excitement, I think this one takes the cake bc they were top 5 I believe. I was at that game and just remember losing my mind. Shaq had something to prove that game.

Vernel Singleton

That was against some douche bag named Rivers from Tennessee. They upset LSU earlier in the year and that dick was acting a fool on the bench shooting his air pistols at LSU players. Vernel shoved it up his keister on that slam you’re referring to. Coincidentally, Vernel is a porn star now so he does it regularly.
