If LSU wins out they aren't very likely to go to the Sugar Bowl. It would be a different BCS bowl.

honestly itd be terrible for our program, but id much rather make the trip to Nashville for the Music City Bowl after already going to both Atlanta and Dallas in the past year

Orange could take LSU if Florida State is in the BCS Title game, which gives Orange an Atlarge selection against Big East, or whatever that conference is.

Very unlikely if Bama in in the BCSNCG.

I don't want to see Baylor or any fast offense against this miserable defense. I'd rather play VT or some other winnable game.

Win out = bcs at large. Maybe Orange

1loss- cap 1 (unlikely), cotton (possible)

2 losses- gator, CFA, music city, liberty, compass

Best case is we win

Worst case is we come out unprepared again and use 6 timeouts trying to figure out what play to run after a TV timeout

Best: BCS NCG
Worst: AdvoCare V100

Realistically, IMO:
Best: Capital One
Worst: Gator

We really have no idea until we play A&M and Bama, and God willing, beat Arkansas.

If we have 4 losses, having lost 3/4 to end the year, I think we could fall hard

IMO with recent history as a guide it will go like this in the pecking order:

BCS1: Bama
BCS2: Mizzou (if they win out sans SEC CG)
Cap 1: Auburn, LSU or A&M (if we win out)
Cotton: Auburn, A&M, LSU
Outback: USC, Georgia
CFA: Whomever is left from the above group, Ole Miss, Florida, Vandy, Tennessee
Gator: Whomever is left from the above group

Indy bowl is a possibility....I remember when Bama was here years ago....Tiger fans came out to tailgate and razz the Bama fans for having to come to Shreveport...it was epic
I really hope they don't return the favor!!!

I like Outback

They make good steaks and I hear you get a coupon for a bloomin' onion with purchase of Bowl tickets.

Cotton bowl. If we win out we could get a bcs but if think our best chance is if the loser of the seccg has 2 or more losses which is possible.

I don't think we make the cotton bowl if bama goes to NC...it would be either A&M or Missouri.....a A&M vs Texas would be a complete high sell... we would prob get in over Missouri because texas loves lsu here.

What a difference a week makes, huh?

Last week, Tigers were riding high. Had pretty much climbed back up from the Georgia loss and seemed like all options were open and tons of people were high on the Tigers.

Now, everybody's throwing out the Indy Bowl.

College football is an unforgiving mistress it seems.

I'd like to play an undefeated Ohio State. Their win streak would be something like 26 games by then, and LSU would beat them.

If the Buckeyes aren't in the the BCS title game, they will play in the Rose Bowl. If Oregon is the PAC 12 champ & in the BCS title game, a 1 or 2 loss PAC 12 team will play OH St. Likely candidates are UCLA & Stanford. The dinosaurs in charge of the Rose Bowl are hell-bent on matching the traditional Big 10 vs PAC 8/10/12 opponents. Remember their invitation of a 3 loss Illinois team to play U$C at the end of the '07 season when multiple 1 or 2 loss teams were available?
