There's a good list of candidates out there.

Brian Green
Adam Walton
Jack Warner
Josh Maravich

I'm sure you guys can think of some more.

Charlie Thompson actually played meaningful minutes. I wouldn't consider him a bench warmer.

He was a legend. The whole place would go nuts if he got in the game late.

I remember one game he drilled a 3 pointer and the place erupted.

It has to be Brian Green. Early Charlie Thompson is in the discussion as well.

David Fleshman used to get a ton of love. Brady always looked so pissed when he put him in at the end of games.

Oh I know, but he's the son of an all time great, plus Brady hated him for some reason. He was still somewhat of a fan favorite (probably in name more than anything). Another name that deserves consideration is Zach Kinsley, but he went the Charlie Thompson route and actually played meaningful minutes later in his career.

Best ever. The late, great Duane Dearmond. Told Kyle Macy while Macy was in bounding ball in front if Lsu bench. How are you going to make ur in the NBA? You can't even guard our freshman. Happened to be Howard Hi-C Carter.

Gotta be Todd Kinchen, famous for the punt returns against TAMU.

Played on the BB team for a few games.

Saw him at the PMAC back in the day.

He straight stiff-armed an opposing player bringing the ball up the court during a game.

Laughed my arse off.
