I think the dude definitely plunked Kramer on purpose but I doubt that one came from Andy. Dude probably got upset at Kramer and felt like he took a little extra time before stepping in the box to take in the moment of the crowd cheering him on for his last AB. He let the ball go before his arm even got past his ear so it could have slipped too.
